WSTN PERFORMANCE — RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION
All WSTN Performance components must be installed by a qualified professional — a certified mechanic, specialist exhaust shop, or professional body works facility.
WSTN Performance is not liable for damage to the product, your vehicle, or personal injury resulting from improper installation or handling. Proof of professional installation (e.g. a workshop invoice) may be requested to support any warranty claim.
2. TRACK & COMPETITION USE
All products sold by WSTN Performance are designed and sold for racing, competition, and off-road track use only. They are not intended for use on public roads. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure any modifications comply with local state regulations and ADR standards.
3. SHIPPING & LEAD TIMES
We carry a mix of in-stock and built-to-order items.
- Built-to-order items (including custom exhaust setups) require additional production time before dispatch. Lead times are displayed on each product page. You will receive build updates throughout the process and be notified when your order has been dispatched.
- Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days via tracked global courier.
- Damage in transit: Inspect your package within 48 hours of delivery. If the item is damaged, email contact@wstnperformance.com immediately with photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement promptly. If an issue is reported more than 14 days after delivery, resolution is at WSTN Performance's discretion.
4. RETURNS
In-stock items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in brand-new, uninstalled, and resalable condition in its original packaging (no dents, heat shield damage, rust, or signs of fitment).
Built-to-order items cannot be returned, except in the following circumstances:
- WSTN Performance sent the wrong item
- The item is faulty or defective prior to installation — and your vehicle's VIN, make, model, year, and engine code were provided at the time of purchase (either supplied to us directly or entered in the cart note at checkout)
Important: Once an item has been installed, bolted on, or modified in any way, it is no longer eligible for a defective return. Please test-fit and inspect all parts before beginning installation.
If you do not provide your VIN, make, model, year, and engine code prior to purchase — including any modifications that may affect fitment (e.g. larger turbo installed, engine swap) — WSTN Performance cannot be held responsible for fitment issues, and the item will not be eligible for return or exchange on fitment grounds.
5. REFUNDS
If your return is approved, you can choose one of the following:
- Full store credit — 100% of the purchase price as a WSTN Performance gift card. No fees.
- Refund to original payment method — A 10% restocking fee applies on change-of-mind returns, deducted from the refund total to cover administration, processing, and original shipping costs.
Return shipping for change-of-mind or customer-error fitment returns is at the customer's expense. If WSTN Performance made an error, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or immediate replacement.
6. CANCELLATIONS
Built-to-order items enter production shortly after purchase. Once production has commenced, cancellations may be subject to a processing fee. Contact us immediately at contact@wstnperformance.com if you need to modify or cancel an order.
