WSTN PERFORMANCE - SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

WSTN Performance ("we" and "us") operates (https://www.wstnperformance.com). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. We provide these terms to ensure a transparent, mutual agreement that protects both the enthusiast and our service standards.

1. GENERAL & STOCK AVAILABILITY We aim to maintain accurate stock counts, however, discrepancies may occasionally occur.

  • Back-Orders: If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss whether you prefer to await restocking, receive a refund, or pay a shipping uplift to split the shipment.

  • Consolidated Shipping: To ensure your build is completed correctly, orders containing both "In-Stock" and "Built-to-Order" items will be dispatched together once the custom manufacturing process is complete.

2. SHIPPING COSTS & ADJUSTMENTS Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Rate Estimates: Due to the volatile nature of global logistics, checkout rates are estimates. On rare occasions, couriers may apply "Remote Area" or "Oversize" surcharges after an order is placed. If a significant shipping uplift is required, we will contact you to settle the difference or provide a full refund. We strive to absorb these costs whenever possible.

3. DELIVERY & PRODUCTION TIMELINES 3.1 Built-to-Order Items (Manufacturing Phase) Items marked as "Built-to-Order" require a dedicated production window.

  • Lead Time: Please allow 1–2 weeks for manufacturing and quality inspection before your item is dispatched. This ensures your part meets WSTN Performance standards.

3.2 Transit Times (Shipping Phase) Once your order has been manufactured or processed from stock, the following transit times apply:

  • Domestic (Australia): 7 - 15 Business Days.

  • International: 4 - 22 Business Days (Varies by destination and courier).

3.3 Dispatch Schedule In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1-4 business days. Our logistics partners operate Monday - Friday. Please note that manufacturing lead times begin the business day following your order.

3.4 Address Changes & PO Boxes

  • Address Changes: We can update your delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

  • PO Boxes: We ship to PO Boxes via standard postal services only. Courier/Express services require a physical residential or business address.

4. TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS Once your order leaves the manufacturing hub or our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the initial tracking scan to appear.

5. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT Your order is precious cargo.

  • Immediate Action: If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please reject the delivery if possible and contact us immediately.

  • Hidden Damage: If the damage is discovered after opening, you must report this to us at contact@wstnperformance.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the packaging and the product. This allows us to file a claim with the courier. Claims made outside this 48-hour window may be ineligible for insurance coverage.

6. DUTIES & TAXES 6.1 Sales Tax Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of all applicable sales taxes.

6.2 Import Duties & Taxes International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country.

  • Refusal of Payment: If you refuse to pay duties, the item will be returned to WSTN Performance. You will be refunded the value of the goods minus the cost of return shipping and the original shipping fee. * Note: If the returned goods are damaged or lost during the return-to-sender process, WSTN Performance reserves the right to withhold the refund.

7. CANCELLATIONS

  • In-Stock Items: Cancellations are accepted any time before dispatch.

  • Built-to-Order Items: Once manufacturing has commenced, cancellations may incur a 10% processing fee to cover material and production costs.

8. INSURANCE & INVESTIGATIONS Every WSTN shipment is insured for loss and damage.

  • Investigation Process: If a parcel is lost or stuck, we must allow the courier to complete their formal investigation (usually 5-10 business days) before we can issue a replacement or refund. This ensures the claim is processed correctly through the insurance provider.
